The service is so bad on the second floor we play is just sad. I do receive the free buffets I believe I've already payed for anyway, over and over and over again. I am also a Disabled Army Combat Veteran Retired, and I am ashamed that I can't even tell people I know that I enjoy visiting San Manuel because, 1). I'm not a Diamond Card holder, but, I am a Emerald Card holder and I started coming to San Manuel Casino after I retired from the Department of Defense in Hawaii. After all the money I've lost to /or given this casino and all the paychecks my money help to pay, this is how they treat me. To add insult to injury, the casino had the nerve to take away my 2 dinner buffets I was once receiving. This type of activity has been happening to me over, and over, and over again for the pass 2 1/2 years now to my fiance and myself. It was depressing to keep pressing the button, time and time again waiting for some type of payoff or something, just to let me down again. Not once did this machine pay over $ 24.00 at one time, and this was so very far and few.
I visited SAN MANUEL ON JUNE 29TH 2018 and played the buffalo slot machines like I always do when I go to SAN MANUEL.This time I played the same machine for 9 consecutive hours, dumping between $ 500 and $ 600 dollars into this machine and playing different denominations.
